KOI ORSU 2021

Koi Orsu 2021 is a medium-bodied Orange Wine that undergoes 6 month skin contact. Made in Emilia Romagna, Italy from (mostly) Moscato and (some) Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, the latter are harvested and directly pressed and then the juice is added to the de-stemmed Moscato. The Fermentation then takes place with indigenous yeast.

Please note, this is a very lively bottle! Have a glass ready to catch any overflow.

Best served well chilled.

12.5%. Suitable for Vegans. Unfiltered, Unrefined, No added Sulphites.
