The Pink Moustache, 2022
A unique wine with a deliciously fruity and complex flavour profile. Made from a blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre, this wine boasts red berry and floral notes with a light tannic grip that adds to its complexity. It sees a short 3-day skin contact fermentation before continuing for five months in old barriques, after which it is racked into stainless steel for six another weeks before bottling, resulting in a light, juicy and fun rosé that is dangerously drinkable...

Brindezingue
Cabernet Franc from Pierre Borel. Geared up for easy drinking and quaffing at the bistro table. It's a fully de-stemmed, two-week maceration of grapes from vines in a plot that Pierre rents outside of his own beautiful walled garden in the village. It's a spring wine; raised completely in fibreglass with a short élevage and bottled early. This method really brings out the distinctive charred green capsicum aromatics this grape can provide.
On the palate the wine is light, brisk and incredibly easy to get along with!
Pierre is the definition of the small grower. He works alone, tending to a single 2-hectare parcel of young-vine Cabernet Franc in a beautiful walled garden in the heart of Bourgueil. Pierre has obtained his organic certification, which is aided no end by the vineyard’s seclusion; the sleepy village to one side of the walls and woodland to the other, meaning no risk of contamination from neighbouring growers who aren’t following the same practises.

Gran Cerdo Blanco
An easy-drinking, versatile white with lots of soft orchard fruit on the palate, like white apples and pears, with lovely texture and a dry, refreshing finish.
Dedicating the Gran Cerdo label (which translates to Big Pig in Spanish) to the bank executives who wouldn't give him a loan to start his wine business, Gonzalo Grijalba has developed a bit of a cult following. He's extremely passionate about reclaiming the biodiversity of the earth he farms, and has eschewed more commercial practices involving pesticides and herbicides for biodynamic methods.
We also stock the Red tempranillo.

Pim Pam, 2022
A delicious, easygoing all-rounder in the fresh, zesty, fragrant style of the region. Chiroubles, 2020
Gamay from Famile Guerin.
Peppercorn spice and deep fruits leap from the glass, the texture of the wine is beautifully soft and silky, with integrated, lightly gripping tannic structure. There is a rusty, iron-like mineral quality beneath it all, that really shows itself in the long, stony finish.
