Natural Wine
Natural wine may be the new trend, & currently taking the wine world by storm, but it's certainly not new.
Natural wine, otherwise known as low-intervention wine, is the oldest & most traditional way of making wine. It has no added addictives, and very little or no added sulphites. It's made from organically or biodynamically farmed grapes grown without pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals.

It's the purest of the pure — naturally fermented grape juice with no sulphites! — it is often called “zero-zero,” referring to the lack of anything added.
